Refunds

Refunds for products purchased using credit/debit cards will only be issued to the same card used for the transaction.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after the return process is completed.
Returns & Exchanges

Products must be returned in their original condition as received, including original packaging, accessories, and user manuals.

Opened items may be returned; however, a restocking fee will apply.

The original sales invoice is required for all returns and exchanges.

Returned items must be unused and unopened, and must include all original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration cards, bundled products, and promotional vouchers (if any).
Non-Refundable Charges

Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once acknowledged by the customer.
Cancellation

Certain orders may not be accepted and may need to be canceled. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Possible reasons include product quantity limitations, errors in pricing or product information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention department.

We may request additional verification or information before accepting an order.

Customers will be notified if any part of their order is canceled or if additional information is required.

If an order is canceled after the payment has been charged, the amount will be refunded to the same card account.

No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Delivery

Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.

Additional information applies for non-serviceable and remote areas.
Express Delivery

Available for customers who require faster delivery, typically within 24 hours for orders within Dubai and Sharjah city limits.

This service is available only for selected products marked with an Express Delivery badge.
Hard Goods
